The case follows Rolf's venture in China from the inception of the idea, through various business plans, to the establishment of the ALL SWISS shop, and ultimately to the eventual sale of the business to a Chinese business partner. In Part B, Rolf makes the decision to embark on his Beijing venture. Rolf faced various challenges and bureaucratic hurdles setting up a business in China and running the All Swiss shop from 2012 to 2014. Eventually however, he sold the business to one of his employees and returned to Switzerland for personal reasons.
