Forensic fraud/

Looks at specific examples of forensic work which was later proved faulty. Some was pre-DNA evidence where the interpretation was skewed, other was evidence that had been mishandled. Tries to determine if the system or individuals are more at fault in cases gone wrong and if there is a solution.
