American neutrality policy : hearings before the Committee on Foreign Affairs, House of Representatives, Seventy-fourth Congress, first session on H.R. 7125, to prohibit the making of loans or the extension of credit to the government or national of any nation engaged in armed conflict, unless the United States is engaged in such conflict as an ally of such nation and H.J. Res. 259, to define a national policy of peace and neutrality; to prohibit certain transactions with belligerent nations; to protect American sovereignty; and for other purposes, June 18 and July 30, 1935.
