Administration of bankrupt estates : report submitted by counsel to the petitioners in the matter of an inquiry into the administration of bankrupt estates conducted before Hon. Thomas D. Thacher, judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, under orders of said court, dated March 6, 1929, and March 25, 1929, pursuant to the petition of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York, the New York county lawyers' association, and the Bronx county bar association, and the order of said court made thereon, together with a memorandum filed with the report prepared by the aforesaid court.
