Summary:Pinkas, a 75 -year-old farmer, is haunted by a dream in which his sister Simha has appeared. When he came to Israel 50 years ago, she remained in Kurdistan and he hasn't seen her since. Pinkas sets out on a dangerous journey to the birth place, an enclave in hostile Iraq. He finds his long-lost sister and decides to bring her and her family to Israel. But instead of a happy end of a big family reunion, Pinkas must face painful disappointments. Most of them only pretended to be family and they walk out on Pinkas. He understands that people should be left in peace wherever fate happened to place them.
