The deplorable state of New England, by reason of a covetous and treacherous governour and pusillanimous counsellors with a vindication of the Hon. Mr. Higginson, Mr. Mason, and several other gentlemen from the scandalous and wicked accusation of the votes, ordered by them to be published in their Boston news-letter. To which is added an account of the shameful miscarriage of the late expedition against Port-Royal.
