The "Gesta Pilati" (pages 41-70 (English and Latin text)) are identical with the spurious text first published by W.D. Mahan in 1879 under the title: A correct transcript of Pilate's court. cf. E.J. Goodspeed, Strange new gospels, pages 42-62.
