William F. Sheehan

William Francis Sheehan (November 6, 1859 – March 14, 1917) was an American lawyer and politician from New York. A Democrat, he was most notable for serving as the speaker of the New York State Assembly in 1891 and the lieutenant governor of New York from 1892 to 1894. Provided by Wikipedia
